Analytics is the most reachable data role for a fresher, because the entry bar is a demonstrable skill rather than a research background: can you get the data, trust it, and explain what it says?
SQL is the load-bearing skill here and it’s tested in almost every analytics interview. The DBMS & SQL course goes deeper into the database theory side if you want the CS-core framing as well.
Where this differs from Data Science: analytics is about explaining what happened, data science is about predicting what happens next. Plenty of people start here and move across.
